Return Policy – Pirouette Beauty
We want you to love your Pirouette products. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. In these cases, we’ll cover return shipping and send you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Because we craft personal care products in small batches, certain items cannot be returned:

• Sale items
• Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new product.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
